What counts as a billable Capture?

A Capture is raw structured data from a product page. Extract costs 2 credits only when that product-page data is successfully extracted.

Can I use Extract without Enrich?

Yes. Extract gives you raw structured Captures in the original language. Add Enrich when you need one normalized Item per Capture with taxonomy, attributes, options, identifiers, embedded SKU, price, availability, and seller data, and review aggregates.

How much does Capture + Enrich cost?

Capture + Enrich costs 3 credits total: 2 for Extract and 1 for Enrich. Enrich turns the source Capture into normalized product data and publishes its cross-store relationships before the run becomes ready for Explore.

Do failed pages or blocked requests cost credits?

Accepted Answer

No. Failed attempts do not become billable Captures. Category, search, collection, and other discovery pages do not consume credits either. Extract credits are consumed only when Extralt successfully extracts a Capture from a product page. Browser rendering, proxy handling, retries, crawler generation, monitoring, and maintenance are included in the result price.

Does Explore cost extra?

Dataset reads through the available Explore, dashboard, API, SQL, and export surfaces are included for your own data. Supported AI-assisted dashboard queries are also included with an active subscription and consume no credits.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

Active Extract or Enrich work stops before the next billable result. Scheduled runs pause and resume when credits are available again.

How do I get more credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits are included with every monthly plan. Scale customers can also buy top-ups at $1.50 per 1,000 credits, and top-up credits expire after 90 days.
