What is a credit?

A credit is prepaid usage. Start gives you credits once; a Scale plan adds credits every billing month. Extralt uses them as Extract and Enrich work succeeds.

What counts as a billable Capture?

Accepted Answer

A Capture is the structured product data extracted from one product URL. Extract costs 1 credit each time it successfully produces a Capture. A later successful refresh of the same URL produces another billable Capture.

Can I use Extract without Enrich?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Extract gives you raw structured Captures in the original language. Add Enrich when you need one normalized Item per Capture with taxonomy, attributes, options, identifiers, embedded SKU, price, availability, and seller data, and review aggregates.

Question 4

Do failed pages or blocked requests cost credits?

Accepted Answer

No. Failed attempts do not become billable Captures. Category, search, collection, and other discovery pages do not consume credits either. Extract credits are consumed only when Extralt successfully extracts a Capture from a product page. Store API reverse-engineering, residential proxies, retries, crawler generation, monitoring, and repairs are included in the result price.

What does the free Start plan include?

3,000 credits, once, valid for 30 days, with no card. You can collect from Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix stores and run Extract and Enrich on them, one run at a time. Custom crawlers for other stores, runs in parallel, the dashboard Agent and AI-assisted queries come with Scale.

Which Scale plan should I choose?

The one that covers your monthly credits: the estimator above adds them up from your pages and how often you collect them. Larger plans pay less per 1,000 credits: $3.00 on Scale 10k, $2.00 on Scale 50k, $1.50 on Scale 200k and $1.00 on Scale 1M.

Does Explore cost extra?

Dataset reads through the available Explore, dashboard, API, SQL, and export surfaces are included for your own data. Supported AI-assisted dashboard queries are also included with an active subscription and consume no credits.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

Active Extract or Enrich work stops before the next billable result. Scheduled runs pause and resume when credits are available again.

How do I get more credits?

Accepted Answer

Buy extra credits from the dashboard, 1,000 at a time, at your plan's rate: $3.00 on Scale 10k, $2.00 on Scale 50k, $1.50 on Scale 200k and $1.00 on Scale 1M. Extra credits expire after 90 days. If you need more every month, the next plan costs less per credit.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. A plan's credits last until the end of its billing month. Extra credits last 90 days.

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An upgrade applies at once, with the new plan's credits prorated for the rest of the month. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing month.
